Spire Coast is an independent Florida studio building websites, integrations, and AI agent pipelines for small businesses that want production-grade engineering without the agency overhead.
§ 01 · Why this exists
Most small-business software is held together with tape.
A typical small operation runs on a stack of SaaS tools that don’t talk to each other, a website that hasn’t been touched in three years, and a handful of spreadsheets the team copy-pastes into the CRM by hand. The team knows it’s fragile. Nobody has time to fix it.
We started Spire Coast because the alternative — hiring an agency, buying a platform, or trying to wedge a no-code tool into the gap — has a worse failure mode. Agencies cost more than the problem and ship slow. Platforms force you to fit their model. No-code breaks the second your use case strays an inch from the demo.
We do the third thing. Build a real system, scoped to what your team actually does, on a stack you can keep running after we leave. Three packages cover most of it. Custom work for the rest. Public prices and a written scope at every step.
§ 02 · What we believe
Four things, in writing.
Engineering, not theater.
Most agency work is choreography. Discovery decks, design rounds, hand-off ceremonies. We replace all of that with shipping. Weekly staging URLs, written status notes, real code in your repo.
Public prices.
Productized work has a public price. Custom work has a quoted range before you sign. Quotes that depend on a sales call to land are usually quotes we won’t honor in three months.
You own the code.
When the engagement ends, your team has every credential, every repo, every playbook. No template subscriptions, no licensing seats, no ‘we host it for you forever’. Your business does not depend on us being around.
Built to outlast us.
Tests, documentation, runbooks. We assume the next engineer who touches what we shipped is not us, and we make sure they can pick it up without reverse-engineering anything.
§ 03 · Where we are
Florida, in person and remote.
We’re based on Florida’s gulf coast. Available in person across Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Tampa, and Naples for kickoffs and quarterly check-ins. Remote engagements with firms anywhere in the United States.
Spire Coast LLC is a Florida single-member LLC. Veteran-owned. The principal address on file is our registered agent’s, which is normal practice for a single-person studio that doesn’t need walk-in clients.

§ 04 · What we don’t do
The work we turn down.
Some verticals and engagement types are permanent passes for us. Saying so up front saves both of us a discovery call.

Mobile-app-only engagements (we don’t ship native apps)
