Analytics
We use Plausible. It counts visits without cookies and without following you across sites. It shows us which pages people read, and nothing about who you are.
Email you send to josh@spirecoast.com stays in our inbox. We do not add you to a CRM unless you become a client, and then only your name, company, and project.
The form
The form at /start sends us what you type. We keep it so we can reply, add it to the customer list we keep in Attio, keep a hashed copy of your IP address to block spam, and email ourselves a copy. Nothing is sent before you press send.
Cookies
No cookies of our own. No third-party trackers. No ad cookies.
Who else sees it
Vercel hosts the site. Cloudflare runs DNS. Resend sends our email. No one else sees your data.
Your rights
Email josh@spirecoast.com to ask what we have on file, fix it, or delete it. We reply within five business days.
If you are a client, the data terms in your scope come first. It names every service we use for your project and how long we keep things.
