How we handle your data.

§ 01 · What we do today
Six things, no fine print.
Analytics
We use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics tool. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal data sent to ad networks. The aggregated stats let us see which pages people read.
Email you send to josh@spirecoast.com lands in our inbox and stays there. We don’t sync it to a CRM until you become a client, and even then only the metadata you’d expect (name, company, project).
Forms
We don’t run lead forms on this site. The scoper page uses a mailto link that opens your email client; nothing is submitted to a server before you decide to send it.
Cookies
First-party cookies only, used to remember your color-scheme preference if you set one. No third-party trackers. No advertising cookies.
Subprocessors
Vercel hosts the site. Cloudflare provides DNS. Plausible handles analytics. Resend handles outbound email. No other services see your data.
Your rights
Email josh@spirecoast.com to ask what we have on file, fix it, or delete it. We respond within five business days. We don’t hide behind a privacy portal or a ticket queue.
§ 02 · While the full policy is in review
What you can expect from the full version.
The full policy will follow the same plain-English approach as this page. It will spell out exactly what data we collect on each surface (apex site, labs, studios, future client portal), how long we keep it, who else sees it, and how to ask us to fix or delete it.
If you’re a client, the data-handling terms in your SOW take precedence over anything on this page. The SOW always names the specific subprocessors involved in your engagement and the data retention rules that apply.
