Spire Coast · Websites

A site that actually sells.

Designed around how your customers buy. Quick on every device, visible on Google, and built so your team can update copy and prices without calling us first.

§ 01 · What this produces

A production site. Not a pretty homepage.

A site built for the job

Whether that's a lead form, a storefront, a scheduler, or a portfolio. The structure, copy, and visual hierarchy are designed around the thing your customer came to do.

A CMS your team can run

Copy, prices, images, and pages editable by a non-engineer. No ticket, no deploy, no 'can you push this?' Payload CMS by default — we'll use something else if the shape fits better.

Hosting, analytics, SEO, uptime

Vercel hosting, fast on every device, monitoring on from day one, analytics in place, Core Web Vitals green at launch. No separate invoice for any of it — it ships with the site.

§ 02 · How scoping works

Three style variants. One mockup.

Every website engagement starts with a single-page mockup parameterized across three style variants — different color, different layout, different copy register. You pick one, or borrow elements from each. Then we build.

Direction A

Editorial and quiet.

Magazine-style pages, generous whitespace, typography leading the visual work. Suits established businesses selling on credibility and detail.

Direction B

Conversion-forward and punchy.

Bolder color, direct CTAs, tighter vertical rhythm. Suits businesses where the site's job is to turn a visitor into a form-fill or a sale today.

Direction C

Product-led and structural.

Utility and screenshots up front, marketing language second. Suits products and tools where the site is part of the demo.

§ 03 · How we approach it

The job shapes every decision.

Designed around the actual job

Before any pixels, we write down what the visitor is trying to do. Every subsequent decision has to make that easier, not harder.

Fast on every device, proven

Core Web Vitals green on launch — we treat the Lighthouse report like a lint check. Slow sites lose rankings, lose visitors, and make the whole brand feel off.

Your team owns the copy

The CMS is set up so product descriptions, prices, team bios, and case studies are edited in the browser, not committed in a repo. You're not stuck waiting on us.

§ 04 · What affects scope

Priced per engagement, after discovery.

A five-page site with existing copy and a simple booking form is a very different engagement from a multilingual e-commerce migration. Scope and price are set in the written plan, after the discovery call.

  • Number of pages and depth of each one
  • Whether copy and imagery exist, need help, or need producing from scratch
  • Integrations (payments, booking, CRM, analytics, membership)
  • E-commerce depth (catalog size, tax, shipping, subscriptions)
  • Authentication, gated content, or multi-tenant requirements
  • Multilingual / multi-regional requirements

§ 05 · Start here

Tell us what the site is for.

The intake form takes about ten minutes. Discovery covers the business, the site’s job, and the constraints. The written plan comes back with three style directions and a scope.
